Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a leading distributor of Construction & Materials Handling Equipment offering brands including Bobcat, Doosan, Omega and Clark and we are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and professional administrator in our spare parts department at our Kenwick Branch. 

 

The primary focus is to provide administrative assistance to our spare parts team being the first point of contact with customers assisting with phone and email enquiries as well as walk-in customers. 

 

Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, this role works closely with all team members to ensure quality customer service is maintained at all times and is very much a hands-on role suited to a self-starter.

 

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven history of administration experience, possess high competency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and show exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), which are essential. 

 

This role provides a great opportunity for the successful applicant to contribute to the overall success of the business.
